Having the support of a doula to guide you through your pregnancy is like having a knowledgeable birth companion. As your doula, I support you emotionally, physically and serve as an informational resource for you and your partner during pregnancy, in labor and immediately postpartum. I assist with different positions and comfort measures while in labor. I am there by your side guiding you each step of the way making sure you feel supported, respected and heard.

· 24/7 phone/text/email support until 6 weeks postpartum

· On-Call service beginning from 38 weeks until delivery

· Two postpartum visits
