Virtual Doula Support

Whether you want the intimate privacy of just you and you partner in labor, have limited access space in your delivery room or just want the emotional and educational support, having a virtual doula is an option to still give you the support you want for the positive birth experience you are looking for.

As your virtual doula, I provide as much information, knowledge and emotional support as possible when distance, finances or other options are limited. I’m there each step of the way from pregnancy to delivery giving you the advantage of having a doula with the convenience of being a phone call or face time away.

Virtual Birth Doula - $400

·        Two prenatal appointments via face time (Skype or Google Hangout)

·        Customized birth plan

·        Virtual labor support via phone or face time to answer questions, assist in understanding options, and offer pain management and coping techniques for partner

·        Phone/text/email support until 4 weeks postpartum

·        24/7 On-Call service beginning from 38 weeks until delivery

·        Access to pregnancy and postpartum resource lists

·        Two postpartum appointments via face time

·        Early breastfeeding support (if desired)
