Postpartum Doula Support & Newborn Care

Welcoming a new baby into your home whether it is your first or fifth is an adjustment each time that can be overwhelming. Having a postpartum doula to aide you in navigating through this transition helps bring you peace so you can focus your attention more on caring for your newborn and less on the chaos that surrounds it.

As your Postpartum Doula, I help you find what works best for you and your family which will be unique to everyone. I care for the needs of the birthing person, partner, baby, any siblings and the home. I also offer emotional support, give recommendations and referrals for any specialized postpartum and newborn care needs as well as offer evidence-based education so you can make the parenting choices that best suit you and your family.

·      Newborn care assistance

·        Breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding support

·        Sibling care

·        Light meal preparation

·        Light house cleaning and organizing

·        Caring for newborn while you tend to personal needs

·        Provide evidence-based education on an array of postpartum and newborn topics as needed
